I might be a bit of a nerd when it comes to old things, and I was lucky enough to work at a fairly high end auction house years ago which really fuelled that love. So, to this day I follow along with Christie’s auction house and a few others. These lovely 2nd-3rd century Roman earrings came up and they were just sooo lovely and simple. I was inspired to make my version of them.

Each individual, never the same - solid polished bronze, Sterling Silver findings for those sensitive ears, approx. 1.25” length total.

*Keep in mind that bronze jewellery will inevitably darken and patina over time.  To preserve the finish on your jewellery I recommend handling with care and storing in an airtight bag.  To restore shine, jewellery can be buffed with a polishing cloth (Sunshine Cloths are my fave!) Or just roll with it. Like with everything, you can embrace the change, or not, you do you.
